We're Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) - JOIN A TOP 10 NATIONAL COMPANY

Location: Centerville Park Apartments , West Carrollton
Pay: $20-22/hour + Bonuses $3,000+ a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30PM with on-call rotation every 4th week

What You'll Be Doing

• Completing work orders efficiently and professionally
• Preparing units between residents (make-readies)
• Painting, staining, and light carpentry
• Preventative maintenance and exterior repairs
• Occasional on-call coverage (just one property!)
• Supporting housing inspections and safety protocols

Skills We're Looking For

• 1+ years of general maintenance experience
• 6+ months apartment maintenance experience
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills
• HVAC repair experience and EPA certification preferred but not required
• Pool experience and CPO certification preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
• Willingness to complete basic safety training within 30 days

A hands-on skills demo will be part of the interview process.
