Travel Physical Therapist - $2,240 per week

Role Overview: A travel Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. They develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, utilize manual therapy and exercise techniques, and operate specialized equipment. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and patient education are key components of the role. Responsibilities Assess patients' conditions through tests, examinations, and history. Create and implement tailored rehabilitation programs. Perform treatments to improve mobility and pain management. Document patient progress and adjust plans accordingly. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-care. Maintain safety standards and infection control protocols. Engage in professional development and quality assurance activities. Assist with discharge planning and community reintegration. Qualifications & Skills Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations. Current BLS certification. Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills. Proficiency in English and basic PC skills. Physical ability to perform manual tasks and handle equipment. Effective interpersonal skills and professionalism. Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail. Visual acuity and sensory communication skills.
