Smile Lodge is a warm, community-rooted dental office located in the heart of the Northwoods. We are dedicated to creating a supportive, positive environment for both our loyal patients and our team. We are a modern practice equipped with the latest technology, including digital X-rays, CBCT, intraoral cameras, and automated communication systems, all housed in a beautifully designed space. We prioritize patient connection by providing generous appointment times (60-minute hygiene and 90-minute new patient exams) to ensure thorough, unrushed care.

Pay

$45~$50 per hour

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Must possess a current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Wisconsin.
Required Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene.
Current CPR certification.
Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated commitment to empathy, teamwork, and proactive initiative.

Job Description

Perform thorough and gentle prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Planing (SRPs), and periodontal maintenance treatments.
Take, process, and review diagnostic digital X-rays (including CBCT).
Utilize an intraoral camera effectively to support patient education and diagnosis.
Review comprehensive health histories and assist with risk assessments.
Educate and empower patients on optimal oral health practices and home care routines.
Collaborate seamlessly with the dentist and the entire dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date clinical documentation and charting.
