Senior Brand & Digital Designer

Blooio is looking for a Senior Brand & Digital Designer to own and elevate how our brand shows up across digital experiences.

This is a hands-on role for a designer with exceptional visual taste who is equally comfortable designing a website, building a brand system, creating a polished customer-facing mockup, or putting together a high-quality deck.

A major focus of this role will be shaping Blooio’s digital presence, particularly our website and web experiences, while also helping define the next evolution of our overall visual identity.

You won’t be inheriting a rigid brand system. We want someone who can help us build the next version of it.

What you’ll work on

- Own the design and continued evolution of the Blooio website, landing pages, and other digital experiences

- Create high-quality web designs that translate our product and brand into clear, compelling experiences

- Evolve Blooio’s overall visual identity, including our logo, typography, color system, and brand guidelines

- Turn product concepts and ideas into polished visual mockups and concepts that we can put in front of prospective customers and partners

- Create pitch decks, sales decks, presentations, and other customer-facing materials

- Design graphics, carousels, and visual content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other digital channels

- Develop reusable design systems, components, and templates that keep the brand consistent as we scale

- Collaborate directly with our founders, marketing, sales, and product teams to turn ideas into high-quality visual work

- Help establish the creative direction for product launches, campaigns, partnerships, and new initiatives

What we’re looking for

You have strong taste and an exceptional eye for digital design, typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.

You understand how to design for the web, not just how to make something look good. You can think through hierarchy, layout, interaction, responsiveness, and how a digital experience communicates a product or idea.

You’re equally comfortable developing a brand system from scratch and opening Figma to execute the work yourself.

You can take a rough idea, screenshot, product concept, or paragraph of copy and turn it into something polished enough to put in front of a major customer.

You should have:

- 3–6+ years of professional digital, web, brand, or visual design experience

- An exceptional portfolio with strong examples of web and digital design

- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools

- Strong experience designing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences

- Experience creating presentations, decks, mockups, and customer-facing materials

- A strong understanding of brand systems and visual identity

- The ability to move quickly without sacrificing attention to detail

- Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive creative feedback

Experience designing for technology, SaaS, AI, or fast-growing startups is a plus.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in either Carlsbad, California or New York, New York. This is not a remote role.
