Acquisition Analyst

Our client is seeking a skilled Acquisition Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence on portfolios, building and maintaining financial models, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful portfolio acquisitions. Job Function Conducting due diligence on portfolios, including property valuation, assessment of redemption likelihood, and potential foreclosure outcomes across multiple states. Building and maintaining financial models to evaluate expected yields, returns, and risk across individual and bulk portfolio acquisitions. Analyzing high‑value opportunities and strategy considerations ahead of sales. Performing property‑level research to identify red flags. Tracking portfolio performance, redemption timelines, and key deadlines, maintaining accurate records across internal systems and databases. Collaborating with finance and asset management teams to build forecasted vs actual models across our portfolio acquisitions. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree or higher in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or other relevant business discipline. A minimum of two years of financial analysis, valuations, acquisitions, or commercial real estate experience. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Effective time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
