Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout their job search and career journey. Consult with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions. Build and grow a network of professionals and referral sources. Partner with internal business development and recruiting teams to drive successful placements. Act as a trusted advisor, creating strong matches between talent and opportunity. Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Ideal Background Experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, customer-facing, or relationship-based roles preferred. This may include recruiting, staffing, admissions, career services, hospitality management, retail leadership, account management, or consultative sales. Motivated by goals, achievement, and helping others succeed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with professionals at all levels. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities at once. Self-driven, disciplined, resilient, and collaborative. A positive attitude and good sense of humor.
