Business Development Executive

Job Summary
Ardham Technologies is seeking a Business Development Executive / Account Executive to grow our presence throughout Southern New Mexico and West Texas. This is a true hunter role responsible for identifying, developing, closing, and managing net-new customer relationships. The successful candidate will retain ownership of every account they develop and serve as the primary Account Manager, building long-term relationships while expanding each customer's investment in Ardham's technology solutions. Candidate must reside in the Las Cruces or El Paso area.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for Las Cruces, El Paso, and surrounding communities.
• Prospect through outbound calling, email, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Build relationships with commercial, education, healthcare, tribal, and state & local government organizations.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close and ongoing account management.
• Retain ownership of all net-new accounts you develop and be responsible for their long-term growth and success.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase Ardham's share of each customer's IT spend.
• Promote Ardham's full portfolio including Managed IT Services, Professional Services, Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, Data Center, Physical Security, and Technical Staffing.
• Partner with engineering, project management, marketing, and technology partners to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate CRM activities, forecasts, and pipeline management.
• Represent Ardham at chambers of commerce, networking events, industry associations, trade shows, and customer events.
• Consistently achieve activity, meeting, pipeline, revenue, and gross profit goals.

Qualifications & Skills
• 2+ years of business development, account management, or technology sales experience preferred.
• Hunter mentality with exceptional prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Established network in Southern New Mexico or West Texas preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
