Alkemy is a unique and innovative ice cream shop. Every scoop is made fresh to order using liquid nitrogen, which produces a superior product and a mesmerizing show.

Alkemy is looking for Managers/Shift Leaders to help build, run and grow our exciting ice cream business.

You will be responsible for:

Running our daily store operation
Ensure we're consistently producing the highest quality ice cream product possible
Deliver ultimate customer experience and satisfaction
Hiring, training and coaching counter staff
Maintaining an immaculate workspace and customer area
Maintaining product levels and inventory
Managing off-site events
Overseeing opening and closing procedures
Managing staff scheduling and proper coverage
Foster a culture of fun, trust and respect

Competitive hourly rates and performance based pay increases.

Experience should include 3+ years in related role.

Qualifications:

Driver's License (Required)
Work authorization (Required)
Food Managers Certificate (Preferred)
