Cardio Thoracic Surgical Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day Shift: 4x10 Hour Schedule (06:30 - 17:00) with at least 10 call shifts per month.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardio Thoracic Surgical Technologist to join our team. The incumbent will support a high-volume surgical environment, participating in various complex cardiovascular and thoracic procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical procedures including CABG, AVR, AAA, MVR, and others.
• Float between cardiothoracic and general OR as needed.
• Utilize flexible endoscope reprocessing, specifically for bronchoscopes, EGD scopes, and EBUS.
• Handle pre-operative and post-operative care of surgical tools and equipment.
• Provide support during minimally invasive and standard surgical techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a surgical tech role.
• Current BLS certification.
• WA State license required.
• NBSTSA certification preferred.
