How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Coordinate holistic patient care by acting as the primary clinical hub, ensuring all medical disciplines are aligned to provide a seamless healing experience.
• Execute and adapt individualized care plans, vigilantly monitoring patient progress to ensure every clinical intervention is timely and effective.
• Advocate for patient safety by interpreting and carrying out physician orders with precision, maintaining a direct line of communication regarding any changes in condition

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
