Role Overview A Pharmacy Manager leads a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient care by processing prescriptions and supporting community health initiatives. Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and merchandise presentation. Model excellent customer service and oversee community outreach programs. Ensure regulatory compliance through report analysis, loss prevention, and safety reviews. Manage pharmacy operations and staff effectively. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and active pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Proficiency in patient interaction, data analysis for performance and outcomes, and financial decision-making. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
