Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Assessments

Pay: $80–$120 per assessment. Additional pay for Aide Supervision visits.

Job Type: Per Diem / Contract. Schedule: Flexible – set your own availability. Location: Local home visits (mileage reimbursed, if applicable). All Boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island).

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to complete in-home assessments for home care clients. This position is ideal for nurses looking for flexible scheduling, per-visit pay, and independent field work.

Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive in-home assessments
• Perform medical, social, and environmental assessments
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Develop and document a plan of care
• Obtain and coordinate physician (MD) orders
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Conduct Aide supervision visits as required

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to work independently

Compensation: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
