Enrolled Actuary
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing financial services firm, the fully remote Enrolled Actuary will manage a caseload of Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and performing annual non-discrimination testing. Key Responsibilities: Independently review and manage 150+ Defined Benefit/Cash Balance Plans in accordance with IRS laws and regulations Certify contribution and asset amounts for AFTAP and prepare annual FASB reports Lead retirement plan consulting projects and represent clients in audits with IRS, PBGC, and DOL Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an Enrolled Actuary Strong knowledge of non-discrimination testing including 415 limit, 410(b), and 401(a)(4) Familiarity with ASC 715 and other FASB requirements Ability to utilize CRM software (Pension Pal) and administration systems (Datair preferred) Membership in at least one actuarial society is preferred
