Event Rental Sales Assistant

As an Event Rental Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting clients with planning and selecting rental items for a variety of occasions, including weddings, graduation parties, fundraisers, and corporate functions. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will work closely with clients both over the phone and in our showroom, ensuring their event needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting rental items for events through phone consultations and in-person showroom appointments
• Enter client orders and event details accurately into rental management software
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly
• Support the sales team with general office duties and administrative tasks as needed
• Represent the company’s core values and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and general office duties
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with office software
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
• Motivated, disciplined, and passionate about events
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, in an office setting
• Experience in the event industry is a plus, but not required
