Honda of Watertown is looking for Pr-owned Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team!We OfferMajor medical & dental insurance401 K matching planPaid vacation/holidaysResponsibilitiesWork directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales processUtilize your built-in networkBuild rapport with customers to establish customer networkProvide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing dealsAssist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.RequirementsMUST HAVE previous automotive sales experienceComfortable with compensation based on commission salesEnthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workdayMust have a clean & valid driver’s licenseMust be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
