Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and calmly explaining why a quick noise might take a little longer than expected? Perfect. Were looking for a Service Advisor who can juggle customers, schedules, and repair orderswith a sense of humor.
What Youll Do:
- Greet customers like youre genuinely glad they showed up
- Translate car noises into actionable service recommendations
- Keep customers informed while using plain English
- Balance customer expectations with real-world repair timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to keep work moving and expectations realistic
- Turn stressful car days into surprisingly pleasant experiences
What Were Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask without losing your cool (or your smile)
- Automotive or service experience is a plus, but people skills matter most
- A sense of humoryoull need it, and so will the customers
- Strong team player mentality (this is a big department with assorted personalities)
