Business Development Manager (Bellevue)

Artech is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to expand our staffing and workforce solutions business across the Pacific Northwest. This role reports to Bellevue, WA location

We are looking for a true hunter—someone who knows how to open doors, build executive relationships, win new logos, and turn client relationships into long-term, high-value partnerships.

If you have a strong track record in IT staffing sales and an established network within IT , Aerospace & Defense, Technology, Engineering, or Manufacturing, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

• New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and win new enterprise and mid-market accounts across the Pacific Northwest.
• Client Acquisition: Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VPs, Talent Acquisition leaders, Procurement, HR, and hiring managers.
• Full Sales Cycle: Own the process from prospecting and discovery through solutioning, negotiation, contract execution, and account growth.
• Territory Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Artech's footprint across the region.
• Revenue Generation: Build a healthy pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue, gross-margin, and new-client acquisition goals.
• Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand relationships across departments, locations, skill sets, and service lines.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with recruiting, delivery, and operations teams to ensure exceptional client service and fulfillment.
• Market Intelligence: Stay connected to regional hiring trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and client workforce needs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Development / Staffing Sales experience, preferably within IT staffing or workforce solutions.
• Demonstrated success winning new clients and growing staffing revenue.
• Strong understanding of the Pacific Northwest market and enterprise staffing landscape.
• Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline independently.
• Existing relationships with enterprise clients and decision-makers are strongly preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills.
• A hunter mentality with the ability to create opportunities rather than wait for them.
• Experience managing the complete sales lifecycle and working closely with recruiting/delivery organizations.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred or 5+ years of experience selling IT Staffing services
