You will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless order management, accurate sample processing, and timely communication across complex diagnostic workflows. Accountabilities

In this role, you will deliver high-quality client support while ensuring smooth execution of genomic testing and order workflows across international customers. You will serve as a trusted contact for inquiries and operational coordination.

• Provide responsive customer support via phone and email, addressing questions related to products, ordering, sample requirements, and clinical information
• Manage order processing activities, sample data entry, and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and update client and order information within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and traceability
• Collaborate with laboratory, production, clinical interpretation, and sales teams to resolve issues and support timely delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer communication processes and service workflows
• Handle complex or technical client inquiries with professionalism, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Requirements

This position requires strong customer service experience combined with an interest in life sciences and the ability to manage detailed, high-volume operational tasks in a regulated environment.

• 12 years of experience in a demanding customer service or client-facing support role
• Vocational or bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Sciences or a related field
• Fluency in both French and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and stay effective in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working across teams and handling both routine and complex client inquiries
• Previous exposure to healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences environments is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
