Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in the Everett, WA area as a dedicated paraprofessional or behavior aide. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about making a direct and positive impact within an elementary and middle school setting. You’ll provide essential 1:1 assistance to an elementary-aged male student during morning hours, offering guidance, instruction, and care to ensure his educational and behavioral goals are met.

Afternoons transition you into a classroom/program floater role, fostering varied experiences as you assist multiple students and educators according to campus needs. Collaborate closely with a district BCBA and fellow behavior technicians, developing and implementing effective behavior strategies tailored to each child. You’ll also participate in an hour of direct instructional support Monday through Wednesday, ensuring continuity and enrichment in students’ learning journeys.

Qualifications & Credentials:

• Associate’s degree, High School diploma, or successful completion of the ETS paraprofessional exam
• Alternatively, current RBT or CBT credential for behavior technicians
• Previous experience working with elementary or middle school students preferred
• Ability to provide individualized and flexible support
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 instructional and behavioral support to assigned student(s)
• Adapt to varying classroom/support roles in the afternoons
• Team with district BCBA and other professionals on interventions and progress monitoring
• Maintain a nurturing, responsive environment for students

What You’ll Enjoy:

This contract offers 30 hours per week, Monday—Friday, from May 11, 2026, through June 18, 2026.
