Your Impact

• Oversee all daily operations, ensuring excellence in food safety, customer service, speed, and hospitality
• Manage and inspire a team of 50+ team members, driving alignment with core values and operational goals
• Build a high-performance culture by coaching leaders, holding teams accountable, and providing clear direction
• Promote food safety and workplace safety through consistent systems and team training
• Drive profitability by identifying operational inefficiencies, reducing waste, and supporting strategic growth initiatives
• Foster a healthy team culture by addressing performance and interpersonal issues directly, using established coaching frameworks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads, contributing to high-level planning, team meetings, and long-term goal setting

Background Profile

• Must be located or willing to relocate to Manning, SC (required)
• 1-3 years of previous Chick-fil-A experience OR 3+ years of high-level restaurant management without Chick-fil-A experience (required)
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Hospitality experience (highly preferred)
• Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
• Desire for a long-term career within Chick-fil-A
