Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring patients throughout all stages of labor and delivery
• Monitor maternal and fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring and other assessment tools
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary team members to support safe delivery outcomes
• Administer medications and interventions as ordered, including IV therapy and epidural support coordination
• Educate patients and families on labor progression, delivery expectations, and postpartum care as applicable

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
• Current Labor and Delivery clinical experience
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Postpartum nursing experience is helpful but not required
• Experience with electronic fetal monitoring and high-acuity labor patients
• Familiarity with mother-baby couplet care
