What You’ll Do Lead and support crews on residential and commercial projects Good communication, manage time effectively, resolve minor problems, demonstrate strong leadership, and complete daily records for job sites Build patios, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and more Install plants, sod, mulch, and landscape features Operate equipment (skid loaders, compactors, etc.) and use hand tools (wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, picks, etc.) Assist in daily preparation of trucks and equipment, loading, and securing equipment Perform removals of old landscape elements and install new landscaping elements from a printed landscape design (ability to read site plans) Knowledge of soil grades and proper site drainage Strong knowledge of plant identification, plant installation, and soil amendment Experience in lawn installation Snow removal in the winter (available) Requirements 3+ years of landscape/hardscape experience Valid driver’s license and responsible driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand/walk for long periods of time, squat, stoop, or kneel, and lift objects from the ground frequently throughout the day Work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team building Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive pay Health, dental, and retirement benefits Strong team culture with leadership that values you Come grow with us—learn new skills, lead great teams, and build outdoor spaces you can be proud of!
