Volt is immediately hiring forklift drivers in Pompano Beach, Florida!

As a bilingual/Spanish speaking forklift driver, you will:

• Operate forklifts safely to move materials and products throughout the facility
• Load and secure flatbed trucks
• Transfer finished goods and store products in designated areas
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any issues
• Replace propane tanks safely following company procedures
• Maintain accurate records of materials and inventory movement
• Assist with wrapping products for shipping
• Retrieve pallets and support production flow operations
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

This is a temp to hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift (double & single forks)
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat
• Steel-toe boots required (all other PPE provided onsite)

Pay Rate: $18.50 to $22.50

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
