Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced ER RN!

Job Description:
- Position: ER Registered Nurse
- Shift: Day hours with rotating weekends (6a-6p and 8a-8p)
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled ER RN to join our dynamic healthcare team!
- Key Requirements:
- Valid WI RN Licensure
- Current education verification
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (AHA Provider level only)
- NIHSS certification
- TNCC or TNS certification


- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exemplary patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.
- Document patient care according to established standards.
- Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
- Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by Physician or clinic policy, including guiding patient and family instruction.
- Participate in department/unit performance improvement activities, potentially involving shared governance.
- Offer clinical expertise and guidance to other departments in support of patients' longitudinal care plans.
- Employ critical thinking for patient safety and experience, escalating issues through the correct chain of command as needed.
- Engage in the professional nursing continuum process, unit practice activities, and peer review processes.
