RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls to provide spectacular service to our customers, accept payments, transfer to claims, general service inquiries, etc.
• Outbound calls to customers and prospective customers.
• Assist agents in our office.
• Learn and advance in our agency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to multi-task productively.
• Team player, servant leader.
• Ability to gain NC Producer Insurance licenses

Compensación: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
