Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent blend of education and experience. 3–7 years of hands‑on experience in construction estimating, particularly with structural systems. Deep understanding of construction documents, drawings, and methods, as well as proficiency in estimating software and Takeoff Systems. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Proven ability to analyze and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Responsibilities: Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare quantity take-offs and pricing for structural systems (concrete, steel, framing, foundations, etc.).
