FINRA Licensed Senior Manager

Leading a team of Workplace Planning Consultants, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Senior Manager will oversee the delivery of entry-level advice and education to participants, ensuring effective onboarding and consistent advice quality while fostering individual growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Lead a team providing education and fiduciary advice to plan participants Manage onboarding, development, and performance plans to enhance team proficiency Supervise participant interactions to ensure compliance and quality in advice delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 required (Series 9/10 acceptable substitute for 24); Series 63/65 permissible 3+ years of financial services or Workplace Planning & Advice experience 1-2 years of leadership or coaching experience preferred Familiarity with qualified plan types, IRAs, and advice delivery processes
