Job Overview UC Clermont College is looking for an Assistant Coach Minor Sports, Men's Soccer. The position reports to Brian Sullivan and supports the university’s mission and commitment to excellence and diversity. Responsibilities include coaching, recruitment, fundraising, academic monitoring, and adherence to USCAA Division rules and regulations. Essential Functions Execute coaching assignment and administrative responsibilities. Recruit academically and athletically qualified student‑athletes. Guide and actively encourage student‑athletes to succeed academically, earn a degree, and represent the university with integrity. Maintain current knowledge of USCAA rules and regulations. Participate in public and alumni relations and promotional activities. Assist in establishing positive media relations. Assist with fundraising, including cultivating and soliciting donors to meet fundraising goals. Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description may be changed at any time.
