About the Role:
Sullivan Hauling is looking for a skilled and dependable Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver to join our team in New Oxford, PA. This is a great opportunity to get behind the wheel of heavy equipment and be a key part of a hardworking crew that keeps projects moving. Responsibilities:

Operate tri-axle dump trucks to transport materials such as dirt, gravel, stone, and asphalt to and from job sites
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and DOT compliance
Follow designated routes and delivery schedules efficiently and on time
Communicate with dispatchers, site supervisors, and crew members to coordinate loads and deliveries
Maintain accurate driver logs, trip records, and delivery documentation
Monitor truck performance and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly
Operate safely in a variety of conditions including construction sites, roadways, and off-road terrain

Requirements:

Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Proven experience operating tri-axle or heavy dump trucks
Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety
Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements
Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and identify mechanical issues
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical ability to perform duties associated with hauling operations
