Lead / Foreman Plumber – Construction Division

Seeking a high-level Lead / Foreman Plumber to supervise and execute commercial and high-end residential construction projects. This is not just an installer position. We are looking for a field leader who can manage projects, coordinate with other trades, and represent our company with professionalism and authority. We are building lasting relationships, not just plumbing systems.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 10 years’ plumbing experience in commercial and/or high-end residential construction
Proven ability to run projects independently from underground through trim
Strong knowledge of current plumbing codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Experience supervising apprentices and helpers
Strong organizational and job-site communication skills

Communicates professionally with contractors, inspectors, and homeowners
Can resolve jobsite issues calmly and effectively
Protects the company’s reputation and relationships
Takes ownership of schedule, quality, and efficiency

If you are technically strong but struggle working with others, this is not the position for you. We are building a leadership team, not just filling a truck.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily jobsite operations for assigned projects
Coordinate with GCs, superintendents, and other trades
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Train and develop apprentices
Communicate material needs and scheduling updates to the office
