Contract Position: On-Call Benefits Enroller

Job Description Seasonal, contract field role attending onsite open enrollment and benefit fair meetings at client locations. May give presentations on benefits and answer questions. Provide follow‑up information electronically. Candidates must be available 8 AM–5 PM local time, Monday‑Friday, with flexibility for seasonal demands. No benefits are available for this role; benefits are exclusive to permanent positions. Locations Greater Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Greater Sacramento Area, Fresno, Las Vegas, Inland Empire/High Desert, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Baltimore, Pittsburg, Philadelphia, New York City, Upstate NY, Connecticut, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Utah, Phoenix, Louisiana, San Antonio, Florida and Georgia. This is not a remote position; candidates must reside in one of the specified locations. Start Date Targeted Start Date: 08/01/2026. Responsibilities Compare and contrast dental plans to assist customers in determining the best plan. Guide customers in making decisions when Delta Dental is offered voluntarily. Provide printed plan information and answer plan‑related questions. Refer members to customer service for issues that cannot be answered on site. Qualifications At least two years of experience in medical/dental insurance account management, benefits administration in HR, or as a medical/dental carrier, representative, or insurance broker. High School diploma or GED. Insurance license required for residents of FL and KY. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of automobile insurance. Knowledge of dental plans and basic health insurance terminology. Knowledge of additional language(s) preferred. Pay Base pay: $30.00 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, education, and other factors.
