HR Assistant: Growth Path with PTO & Benefits

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dependable Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team in Billings, MT. This in-person role works closely with the HR Director to perform daily HR and administrative tasks and support payroll, records, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.

The ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma, strong computer skills, and excellent communication. Office hours are typically 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility for special projects.
