Director, Pricing Strategy & Governance

Role Lead the development and governance of pricing strategies within 3M's Transportation & Electronics Business Group, establishing core commercial capabilities including pricing policies, discount controls, and value-based pricing frameworks. Responsibilities build and implement the TEBG pricing operating model, partner with GBS on enterprise standards and controls, and oversee NPI pricing governance for new product launches, providing tools, analytics, and training to improve margin and discount discipline. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years in pricing, finance, or commercial strategy, with 10+ years in leadership roles in enterprise pricing, including value-based and segmented models; experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. High-Value B2B manufacturing focus, experience with industrial pricing, OEM/distributor dynamics, and pricing software such as Pricefx or Vendavo; role involves global collaboration, with up to 30% travel; on-site work in Maplewood, MN, with potential relocation.
