Key Qualifications:

• Current, active LPN license in Pennsylvania
• At least 2 years of LPN experience, specifically in a school-based setting
• Proven background working with elementary-aged students
• Experience with diverse caseloads in an educational setting
• Flexible approach and adaptability to changing needs
• Strong attendance record and reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain/complete all necessary Pennsylvania clearances
• Comfort working in an urban school environment
• Willingness to participate in Zoom interviews prior to placement

What You'll Do:

• Provide daily health services to elementary students onsite
• Support care plans and administer medication as directed
• Respond to student health concerns and emergencies with professionalism
• Maintain accurate health records and support compliance with school policies
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administration for student wellness
• Adjust to changing caseload needs or assignments as required
