Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including evaluations, consultations, and treatments to assist patients in achieving maximum physical performance.
- Conduct individualized evaluations and design customized goal-directed plans to improve patients' physical function and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
