Title
Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule
Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM, Every Other Weekend

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license
- BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS certifications
- 2+ years of experience in acute care setting
- Experience with advanced telemetry
- EMR experience preferred: Cerner
- Ability to manage Cardizem and Insulin drips, and Phenobarbital on telemetry

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
- Document patient care activities in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and patient safety initiatives.

Compliance / Notes
- RTO must be included at time of submission.
- Background checks and drug screens may be required.
