Health Unit Coordinator

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Health Unit Coordinator Community Bridges is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC). The HUC is a member of the multi‑disciplinary treatment team that provides administrative and clerical support to direct care staff. The primary focus is supporting the direct care staff by completing clerical and administrative duties. The HUC is also responsible for providing exceptional customer service for all visitors and callers to the facility. Skills / Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred. Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Health Unit Coordinator in a hospital setting, an EMT, or a CNA. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Current AZ Driver’s License. Emergency Medical Technician certification (valid within the state of Arizona) preferred but not required. Certified Nurse Assistant certification (current and valid within the state of Arizona) preferred but not required. Benefits Generous PTO accrual (5 weeks).
