Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health
$90–$120 per completed visit | $500 Sign-On Bonus | $250 Referral Bonus

Contract with A List Therapy Group’s established home health therapy referral network as a Physical Therapist (PT). Choose your preferred coverage areas, accept referrals based on your availability, and build a caseload around your schedule.
A List Therapy Group is therapist-owned and operated and one of Southern California’s leading home health therapy referral networks. We work with 500+ home health agencies, giving clinicians access to strong referral volume across multiple service areas. Built by clinicians for clinicians, we understand home health and work to make referrals, scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination as simple as possible.

We have home health Physical Therapist (PT) referral opportunities throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Ventura County, including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Newport Beach, and surrounding communities.
What You’ll Do
As a home health Physical Therapist, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in their homes to improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, functional independence, and quality of life.
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, provide patient and caregiver education, and complete required visit documentation.
Requirements
Current California Physical Therapist license
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Professional and responsive communication
Ability to provide services as an independent contractor
