Compensation: $40.00-$65.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Fairbanks, Alaska. Pediatric occupational therapy experience is strongly preferred. This position offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, professional growth opportunities, and a family-oriented workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assess occupational therapy needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Provide occupational therapy services based on patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and home strategies
• Collaborate with other members of the care team
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current NBCOT certification & Current Alaska OT license
• New graduates are welcome as well
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult populations
