The purpose of the role is to ensure that client positions are filled with high-quality candidates and that the candidate pipeline is continuously growing and reflects the talent that clients are requesting.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the recruiting team through daily goal setting and individual accountability
• Source, interviewing, offer negotiations and manage candidates
• Follow procedure regarding data collection, client onboarding and communication
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates who are placed on assignment
• Drive the coordination of account managers, clients and candidates to resolve any issues
• Partner with the business development function to ensure on-going candidate pipeline that reflects the client's needs in both the short and long term
• Continuously improve industry knowledge for both the recruiting
• Responsible for hiring / training / developing the recruiting team to meet the hiring demands.
• Attend networking events.

• Experience in the recruiting industry focusing on technology, IT
• Team player
• Highly motivated and ethical
• Goal oriented to achieve business objectives
• Well networked within the industry
• Fast paced and able to adjust quickly
