Procurement Officer

Position Summary
CoreBridge is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage vendor relationships, sourcing, and purchasing operations. This role ensures the company and its clients get cost-effective, timely, and compliant procurement of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
Manage purchase orders from request through delivery
Track inventory needs and procurement budgets
Maintain vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance
Ensure procurement compliance with company policy and applicable regulations
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Collaborate with Operations and Finance on budget forecasting
Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting
Qualifications
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficiency with procurement/inventory software
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation & Benefits
Payroll via Gusto, bi-weekly
401(k) through Guideline
$1,500 one-time home office stipend
$50/month internet reimbursement
Benefits eligibility begins the first of the month after 30 days
