Restorerz Emergency Services is looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Closer to join our growing team. You’ll meet with homeowners through scheduled, pre-qualified appointments , understand their needs, present solutions, and guide them through the buying process.

If you enjoy consultative selling and face-to-face customer interactions, this is an opportunity to put your sales skills to work while building strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled, pre-qualified appointments.

• Conduct professional in-home consultations to understand customer needs and challenges.

• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.

• Present products and solutions clearly, highlighting relevant features and benefits.

• Provide demonstrations and answer customer questions.

• Identify customer concerns and address objections professionally.

• Use a consultative approach to help customers make informed decisions.

• Present proposals and pricing and guide customers through the next steps.

• Close sales while creating a positive customer experience.

• Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure a smooth experience from sale through completion.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused sales professional who can take ownership of the sales conversation and guide customers toward a decision.

The ideal candidate has:

• Previous experience in a sales closing role .

• Experience with consultative or in-home sales is preferred.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Confidence handling customer questions and objections.

• A professional, respectful approach when working inside customers' homes.

• Strong organization and follow-up skills.

• A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.

• The ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older .

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Reliable transportation required.

• Comfortable traveling to customer appointments.

• Comfortable conducting sales consultations in customers' homes.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

• Potential annual earnings: $120,000–$200,000

• Performance-based commission provides an opportunity to increase your total earnings.
