Position: HVAC Technician
Location: Ashland, VA 23005
Pay: $65,000-$70,000
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Experience servicing and troubleshooting commercial boiler systems (steam and hot water)
- Experience performing preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to diagnose issues with burners, controls, piping, and related HVAC systems
- Experience working directly with customers and facility managers
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
- Ability to work independently in a field service environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with large-tonnage chillers
- Experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Experience supporting commercial facilities such as office buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, or industrial environments
