From lighting and sound to props and special effects, you'll help create a jaw-dropping experience for our guests. If you’re passionate about live entertainment and love working where every day is a show, this is your kingdom!You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create **WOW** memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.**THE STARTING RATE:** $39.26 / Per Hour**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Support and uphold the artistic vision of the talent or artist, in line with MGM Resorts and department guidelines* Maintain professional relationships with MGM Resorts team members, resident show partners, and visiting talent* Perform theatre maintenance, inspections, and repairs as assigned and approved* Run cue tracks, including audio, electronics, fly system, follow spot, lighting, carpentry, and props* Set up and tear down special events as needed**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Must be 18 years of age or older* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required* Three (3) years of previous experience working a live show, technical theatre and/or a showroom in a college or resort setting required* Experience working with livestock animals preferred* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders* Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Free meals in our Excalibur employee dining room* Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties* Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)* Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups* Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:** you ready to **JOIN THE SHOW**?
