Woodshop & Production Associate

Forrer Engineering and Manufacturing (Forrer Woodworks) is a growing manufacturing and fabrication company based in Truckee, CA. We’re a tight-knit team focused on high-quality woodworking, CNC laser work, and production manufacturing. We work four 10‑hour shifts each week, giving our team a consistent 3‑day weekend. We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, learning new skills, and being part of a hardworking team. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. What You’ll Do Operate woodworking and production equipment Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment Maintain organization and inventory in the shop and warehouse Assist with CNC laser and fabrication operations Maintain quality standards throughout production Help keep the shop clean, safe, and efficient Preferred Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working with tools and machinery Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day Manufacturing, warehouse, or woodshop experience is a plus Forklift experience is helpful but not required Benefits 4‑day work week (4x10 schedule) with 3‑day weekends Paid time off Retirement plan Professional development opportunities Stable year‑round work Opportunity for advancement and skill development Supportive team environment Job Details Job Type: Full‑time Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Shift: Day shift (preferred) Location: In person, Truckee, CA #J-18808-Ljbffr Forrer Woodworks Llc
