About the Role This is a General Manager position at a McDonald’s franchise owned and operated by Grissett Enterprises LLC. The manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations and work towards business profitability. Collaborate with the leadership team to set goals and develop strategic plans. Direct Department Managers, set departmental goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers who align with the franchise goals. Ensure consistent high customer service standards across all departments. Qualifications Prior experience as a General Manager in high‑volume quick‑service restaurants. Strong background in hospitality, retail, or similar fast‑paced environments. Must be 18 years or older. Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and coach staff.
