Social Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Marketer to join our team and help drive the success of our client's various Social goals & objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to provide full-funnel digital marketing support from Social.

- Utilize all major social media platforms -Facebook (Meta), Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. to drive results.

- Monitor and analyze platform-specific social media trends, insights, and best practices to optimize marketing efforts.

- Create & curate engaging and impactful social content (image, video, and copy).

- Plan and manage content calendars for all social media platforms.

- Develop and manage paid and/or boosted advertising campaigns & budgets across social media platforms.

- Manage online communities and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner. Moderate social conversations.

- Monitor and report on KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and overall improvement.

- Collaborate and communicate well with cross-functional teams, both internal and external to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, tools, and technologies.

- Plan and execute (or contribute to) Earned social efforts in the form of Influencer, Ambassador, Affiliate, and Creator Campaigns.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in social digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.

- Passion for Social Media as a powerful digital marketing channel

- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

- Strong proficiency in social content creation - vertical video emphasis with tools such as Canva, Capcut, Splice, Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience with paid and/or boosted social media campaigns.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suites and social media management tools.

- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in ecommerce marketing.

- Knowledge of digital customer acquisition and audience-building strategies.

- Experience with social marketing campaigns.

- Any experience around the Creator Economy (Influencer, Ambassador, Affiliate, and Creator Campaigns is a huge plus).

- Graphic design skills.

- Photo & Video editing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
