Product Manager, Care Delivery, GU

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Product Manager, Care Delivery, GU in Horsham, PA to execute care delivery initiatives across the genitourinary oncology portfolio. The role manages projects, coordinates resource deployment, and supports field activation and launch readiness by translating strategic priorities into operational deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Execute GU care delivery tactics and projects, translating strategic direction into detailed timelines and implementation plans
• Manage day-to-day team operations including meeting coordination, action logs, project trackers, and document repositories
• Coordinate development, updates, and deployment of care delivery tools and field materials through approval processes and systems
• Support launch and indication-expansion readiness by maintaining workstream trackers and escalating execution gaps
• Collect customer and field feedback, coordinate pilot logistics, and summarize workflow barriers to inform resource refinements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years work experience with 2+ years in marketing, sales, or commercial strategy
• Project management experience
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
• Ability to travel up to 25% including overnights
• Field sales experience preferred
• Product launch experience preferred
