Our Front Desk Team is responsible for setting the stage for our guest's experience, the first impression! Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance to guests. The Front Desk Supervisor will also ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.

White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country's best cities to live. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will ensure an exceptional guest experience while supporting the daily operations of the Front Desk team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Run the "perfect shift" by ensuring all checklist items are complete and standards are upheld.
• Supervise Front Desk staff and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Oversee the department in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Perform hourly tasks and operate equipment as needed, while assisting with new associate training and cross-training.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to maintain smooth operations.

• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
