- Provide individualized nursing care to an assigned student throughout the school day
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document student health status
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed
- Respond to medical emergencies and follow established care plans
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support student participation in classroom and school activities
- Active LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred
- Previous pediatric, school-based, home health, or special needs experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to student-specific needs
